IMB Building Society Bridging Finance.

End debt can be converted to any IMB Building Society home loan product except for the discount variable or discount split after the bridging period has finished.
Maximum Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) on the peak debt is 75%.
Bridging finance applicants are only required to service the end debt.
Interest can be capitalised on both loan portions (bridging portion and the end debt)
