The Business Owners Loan Package (BOLP) is designed for small business customers who want business lending or want to combine personal and business/investment lending, and who can offer residential property as security. Available as a full doc and low doc option; BOLP is an all-in-one solution. It contains all the award-winning benefits of the Portfolio Loan - and a lot more, including:
Separate sub accounts: Suits personal, business and investment needs.

  • Set up separate sub-accounts for different purposes. For example an overdraft business loan, a home loan account and an everyday business trading account.
  • Have up to 10 sub-accounts, each with its own credit limit. These sub-accounts could be multiple trading accounts in different names set up under the one Portfolio.
  • Allocate funds into separate accounts to use for different purposes.
  • For more than one Portfolio borrower, sub-accounts can be held in different names by any one or more of the Portfolio borrowers.
  • Cheque book access available on each sub account.

Working capital - when it’s needed: Manage personal bills and make payments. Pay suppliers, wages and business bills.

  • A Conditionally-Approved BusinessVantage Visa Credit Card with up to $10,000 credit limit and 55 days interest free (optional).
