ING Fixed Rate Increase
ING has increased selected Fixed Rates for all new applications effective from Friday, 25 April 2008.
Iden Groups 3 year Fixed Rate Special will increase in line with the funders interest rate increase.
Variable Rate Changes ANZ today announced an increase to Variable interest rates of 0.10 percent pa as a result of sustained increases in funding costs associated with the turmoil in global markets, effective Monday, 28th April 2008 (the interest rate applies at settlement not approval):
Variable interest rate home loans that are increasing are the ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan, ANZ Money Saver Home Loan and the ANZ Equity Manager.
Fixed Interest Rates Increase.
Effective the 25th April 2008 fixed interest rates increased 0.10 percent for the 1 year fixed rate and 0.20 percent for the 2, 3, 4 and 5 year fixed interest rate home loans.
Effective immeadiatley there have also been changes made to the low doc home loans policy.
