Ability Finance brokers had an arrangement with a property developer where they carried general information about the property developers available properties on the Ability Finance websites at no cost to the developer.
Free advertising for the property developer and excellent information for visitors to the Ability Finance brokers website.
The property developer company was placed into recievership well over a year ago so Ability Finance brokers removed links to the pages carrying the basic information about Brentwood Valley Estate and stated prominently on the web pages that Ability Finance were no longer able to assist with introductions to these properties.
The pages sat on the Ability Finance web host for all this time then suddenly the company recieved a phonecall from some real estate agent in the Hunter area demanding that they remove the information from the website as they were now managing the sales or something to that effect.
Ability Finance had never mentioned anywhere on the pages that they were offering the properties for sale. There was simply some general descriptive information about the location and property from the original property developers marketing.
So as a result the information about Brentwood Valley Estate Pokolbin has been removed to appease these individuals.
We wonder if these persons even considered enquiring about utilising a free advertising link directly to them from the page currently ranking number one on Google for the search terms Brentwood Valley and Brentwood Valley Estate and also appearing on page one for the search terms Bentwood Valley Estate and Bentwood Valley Estate.
Oh what an opportunity missed.
