0.15% off Fixed Rates in Advantage Package, for a limited time

From Tuesday 10 June 2008 we are offering 0.15% off Fixed Rates in the Advantage Package, for a limited time.

The following conditions apply:

  • New applications for new borrowings of $150,000 or more received from 10 June 2008 for an Advantage Home Loan Package, will be eligible.
  • Existing customers that want to benefit from this offer can only do so if they increase their total package borrowings by $150,000 or more. The loan to be fixed must be currently in the Advantage Package or moving to an Advantage Package to be eligible.
  • Customers not increasing a particular loan sequence or Portfolio sub-account will not be eligible to have the 0.15% p.a. discount applied on that loan sequence or Portfolio Loan sub-account.
  • Introductory 1 Year Fixed Rate, Low Doc and No Deposit Home Loans are not eligible.
  • This discount is not available on Interest in Advance Loans.
  • Pre-approvals are not eligible for the 0.15% p.a. discount.
