  • Set and forget Commercial facility with a loan term of 25 years (first 5 years Interest Only).
  • NO Ongoing fees and NO annual reviews.
  • RESIMAC Commercial don't have a self certified Low Doc product but can assess loans under or minimal document policy which includes a letter from the loan applicants accountant which must be accompanied by 6 months BAS and 6 months bank statements on the main trading entity. ( Max LVR 80% and a minimum .75% loading to interest rate)
  • Commercial loans in Regional area's with populations from as little as 5000 people.
  • Serviced apartments up to 85%.
  • Specialised security acceptable such as, but not limited to, Service Stations and Day Care centres .
