Rate Tracker Ultra - Application fee = $595

*Includes legal fees for standard mortgage preparation and one standard valuation*

*One standard valuation to a maximum of $200 + GST.  Any amount in excess of $200 + GST will be charged to the customer.

Effective Tuesday 10, March 2009

The Rate Tracker Ultra Fee as recently been reviewed. As from Tuesday 10, March the fee will reduce from $950 to $595.

This reduction to the application fee means the various bank and government fees are not included.
