  • Will still lend to 90% full doc, 85% lo doc & 70% easy doc.
  • Has committed, stable & experienced Customer Service, Underwriting & Settlement teams to assist.
  • Has a current funding position which provides the security that your loan settlement will not be delayed or cancelled.
