Lo Doc Home Loan Option

Ability Finance have access to lenders who are still offering a great range of Lo Doc Home Loans.

These lenders are currently offering:

  • LO DOC 60 (Requires ABN number, NO LMI)
  • LO DOC 70 (Requires ABN number and NO LMI)
  • LO DOC 80 (Requires ABN number, LMI can be capitalised or flat fee option)
  • LO DOC 85 (Requires ABN number, NO LMI, Rate is able to revert to Standard Variable Rate after 36 months)
  • LO DOC 90 (Requires minimum 2 year ABN number (CAT A areas only), No Lenders Mortgage Iinsurance, interest rate is able to revert to Standard Variable Rate after 36 months
  • Different Loan to Value Ratio loans attract different interest rates. Interest rates will also change depending on borrower profile and or funder.
