TWO SUPER SPECIALS FOR TWO WEEKS ONLY (COMMENCING MONDAY 30TH JUNE 2008 UNTIL SUNDAY 20TH JULY 2008)

1) FIRST HOME BUYERS OFFER

First Home buyers eligible for the NSW/ACT Government First Home Owner Grant can apply for a First Option Home Loan with NIL Establishment Fee ($600 saving), NO Monthly Maintenance Fee ($10 per month saving) and an extra 0.12 percent discount on the First Option Home Loan rate.

The First Option Home Loan allows the customer to make additional repayments at any time and also access their redraw facility. However, if a First Home buyer prefers another Home Loan product (eg: Fixed Rate Home Loan, rocket Repay Home Loan etc), the Establishment Fee will be reduced by $300 (all other fees & rates apply) Note: This offer is only valid for both pre-approval (Approval In Principle) & full approval loans that settle before 30th December 2008.

2) REFINANCE TO PREMIER ADVANTAGE PACKAGE OFFER

This offer is available for personal Home loan or Investment loan customers who are refinancing from another financial institution (excluding RAMS) to a Westpac Premier Advantage Package product/s.

In addition to No Establishment fee as part of the Premier Advantage Package (including Low Doc as part of this offer), a $600 rebate bonus will be credited to a nominated Westpac loan account or deposit account within 2 weeks of post settlement. Note: Only one $600 bonus will be paid per application regardless on the number of loans or borrowers. Applications must settle before 30th September 2008.
