Increases to variable rate home loans

INCREASES TO VARIABLE INTEREST RATE HOME LOAN

Like all financial institutions in Australia, ING DIRECT has continued to experience higher funding costs as a result of changing credit market conditions and we have had to review interest rates to reflect this.

In response to these conditions, ING DIRECT will increase variable interest rates on mortgages. Effective from Friday 4th April 2008, our variable mortgage rates will increase by 0.10% p.a.

All fixed rates remain unchanged.

and commercial loans. 0.06% pa off the Mortgage Simplifier rate and 0.50% pa off the Smart Home Loan rate.
SmartPack fee applies.
