0.30 percent off 1 to 5 year fixed rates

From Sunday 20th April a fixed interest rate loan special will be launched.

The offer is a 0.30 percent p.a. discount on one to five year fixed rates if the lenders Home Loan Package is taken and is for a limited time.

The following campaign rules will apply:

• The offer starts on Sunday 20 April 2008.
• Pre-approvals are not eligible for the 0.30 percent p.a. discount.
• The 0.30 percent p.a. fixed rate discount will be available for a limited time only.

Adelaide Bank 3 and 5 Year Fixed Interest Home Loan Increase

Three and five year fixed interest rate home loans from Adelaide Bank are to increase 0.20 percent effective Monday the 17th March 2008

In order to qualify for the current rate of 8.79% applications will need to be dated on or before the 16th of March 2008 and lodged by COB on the 17th of March 2008.
