ING Fixed Interest Rate Increase

Effective from 6 June 2008 ING Direct fixed interest rates will increase 0.20 percent.

This increase aplies to the following home loans;

  • 1 Year Fixed Rate
  • 2 Year Fixed Rate
  • 3 Year Fixed Rate
  • 4 Year Fixed Rate
  • 5 Year Fixed Rate

Effective 9th May 2008 4 and 5 year fixed interest rates from ING Direct have decreased.

Increase to ING Variable Interest Rate

INCREASES TO VARIABLE INTEREST RATE HOME LOANS

ING DIRECT continues to experience higher funding costs as a result of changing credit market conditions and have reviewed their variable interest home loan rates to reflect this.

Effective from Friday 2nd May 2008, ING Direct variable interest rate mortgage rates will increase by 0.10 percent p.a.

All fixed rates remain unchanged.

Fixed Interest Rates Increase

Fixed Interest Rates Increase.

Effective the 25th April 2008 fixed interest rates increased 0.10 percent for the 1 year fixed rate and 0.20 percent for the 2, 3, 4 and 5 year fixed interest rate home loans.

Effective immeadiatley there have also been changes made to the low doc home loans policy.

INCREASES TO VARIABLE INTEREST RATE HOME LOAN

Like all financial institutions in Australia, ING DIRECT has continued to experience higher funding costs as a result of changing credit market conditions and we have had to review interest rates to reflect this.

In response to these conditions, ING DIRECT will increase variable interest rates on mortgages. Effective from Friday 4th April 2008, our variable mortgage rates will increase by 0.10% p.a.

All fixed rates remain unchanged.
